I’m a Registered Dietitian and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist. I’m passionate about helping people heal their relationships with food and body. I specialize in eating disorder recovery and chronic illnesses. I love to walk alongside my clients to challenge diet culture together and make food just one aspect of a fulfilling life. My approach includes Health At Every Size, Intuitive Eating, and identity affirmation. All bodies belong here!
Hi, I’m Georgia!
In graduate school I specialized in the treatment of eating disorders before becoming a clinical dietitian at an eating disorder treatment center. I then transitioned to private practice nutrition counseling. After several years of eating disorder work, I began seeing clients with multiple chronic illnesses. My resilient clients with chronic illnesses taught me how to hold space for the uncertainty of symptom management, brainstorm creative nutrition solutions, and grieve the loss of health, all while challenging diet culture and ableism. Together we strive to make food easy, explore changing body image, and respect the wisdom of lived experience.
I am also passionate about supporting clients who are exploring their food and body relationships later in life. I’ve completed training on perimenopause nutrition in eating disorders and love working with clients in this life stage. I believe it’s never too late to begin healing your relationship with food and body image!
