    Eating Disorder Nutrition Counseling

Support for folks in eating disorder recovery who want a more peaceful relationship with food. Sessions are informed by principles of Health At Every Size, Intuitive Eating, and weight inclusivity. I believe all foods fit and focus on creating a safe space from which to explore your relationship with food and body image. Healing is possible whether you’re brand new to recovery or burned out after years of treatment. If you want to break the cycle of deprivation, reconnect with your body, or rediscover trust with food, you don’t have to do it alone.

    Clinician Supervision

Being in private practice can feel isolating, and working in the HAES space can sometimes feel like swimming upstream. Supervision is an excellent tool to lighten the load! I provide support for clinicians who want to grow their confidence in eating disorder care or chronic illness nutrition. Together, we discuss challenging cases, explore how being a clinician impacts you as a person, and navigate the nuances of running a values-aligned business.
